WordPress is a free and open source blogging tool and a dynamic content management system (CMS) based on PHP and MySQL. It has many features including a plug-in architecture and a template system. WordPress is used by over 16.7% of Alexa Internet's "top 1 million" websites and as of August 2011 manages 22% of all new websites. WordPress is currently the most popular CMS in use on the Internet.
It was first released on May 27, 2003, by founders Matt Mullenweg and Mike Little as a fork of b2/cafelog. As of December 2011, version 3.0 had been downloaded over 65 million times.

Begin create the worpress blog, follow the instruction below :
1. Open the wordpress website, click here >> Register to wordpress
2. Click “ Sign Up Free “ and complete the registration then click create blog
3. Update the profile then save profile
4. Activate your wordpress.com account, You can update your e-mail address on this page if you want. When you click 'Update e-mail' the activation e-mail will be sent to the new address. Then click update email. So, just skip this step if you don't want to change your default email.
5. Activate wordpress blog via email, login to your email and open the activate email form wordpress then click activate blog. Automatically it will browse you to wordpress website, start login.
and
6. Now you can see your wordpress blog with type your blog name address in browser, like this : “ andiwongnote.wordpress.com “ or you can just click the blog name on the above ( left side ) of the page.
